In compliance of HIPAA guidelines, no telemedicine consultation is audio/video recorded. However, in some jurisdictions where legal framework may allow recording of consultations or other sessions, TerraMD may record telemedicine consultations, therapy sessions, or related interactions for quality, training, educational, or promotional purposes. – Separate explicit consent will be obtained from you prior to recording. 

– All such recordings, once created, shall be the sole property of TerraMD. – TerraMD reserves the right to use, edit, publish, or display such recordings on its platform, subject to applicable consent agreements and privacy protections. 

Privacy and Data 

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. 

Non-Solicitation
